A contribution that is hard to put into words
It is difficult to summarise just how much knowledge, experience and responsibility Coen has carried over the years.
For so long, he simply got on with things. Quietly, naturally and without making a fuss. Only now, as he steps away, does it become fully clear just how much he was involved in and how broad his role really was.
That says a great deal about both his commitment and the way he has always approached the business.
Straightforward, fair and always involved
Coen has always been direct and honest. You knew where you stood with him.
He treated people equally, never played favourites and gave everyone the opportunity to grow, take responsibility and find their own place within the company.
That approach helped shape the close-knit team we have today. People stayed not only because of the work itself, but because they were given trust, freedom and room to develop.
Thank you for everything you have built
Coen, we are deeply grateful for everything you have built over the years, for the knowledge you have shared and for the impact you have had on all of us.
We will miss your down-to-earth nature, your remarkable knowledge, your involvement in the business and, most of all, having you around.
Time for something new
After 27 years, the time has come for a different pace.
More freedom. More time and more space for everything outside the business that has been waiting patiently in the background.
